Publication Year: 2023 Project Info: This study was supported by the European Commission through the H2020 project "In Silico World: Lowering barries to ubiquitous adoption of In Silico Trials" Grant ID 101016503 https://insilico.world/. ## Data set Contents The data set consists of - 1 compressed zip archive: "SupplementaryData.zip" - 2 main subfolders: "Data" and "Models" - 1 README file: "README.txt" ## Data set documentation - "Data" folder contains: 1) The OpenSim results files processed and interpolated (0-100%) for each participant in .mat format (4 files named “KGC[x]_data.mat”, with [x]=3, 4, 5, 6) Each .mat file contains the results from the ik to the jra analysis for each pipeline (STAPLE and NMS) as well as the processed implant data. 2) The markers traking errors for each trial for each pipeline (4 subfolders named “KGC[x]_errors”, with [x]=3, 4, 5, 6) 3) The subfolder "Comparison", which includes supplementary figures of the kinematic and kinetic curves for a comprehensive assessment of the difference (hip, knee and ankle) between pipelines. - "Models" folder contains a subfolder for each participant (four subfolders named “KGC[x] ”, with [x]=3, 4, 5, 6). Each subfolder includes both opensim models (files “NMS_KGC[x].osim” and “STAPLE_KGC[x].osim”, with [x]=3, 4, 5, 6) with their respective geometries folders (named “auto_[y]_Geometry” and “KGC[x]_Geometries”, with [y]=Third_L, Fourth_R, Fifth_L, Sixth_R and with [x]=3 ,4, 5, 6) ### Abstract This dataset contains models, data and results, and supplementary figures and material related to the article "COMPARATIVE VALIDATION PIPELINE OF TWO PATIENT-SPECIFIC MODELLING PIPELINES FOR PREDICTING KNEE JOINT FORCES DURING LEVEL WALKING". This dataset is built from the last four editions of the open source dataset of the "Grand Challenge Competition to Predict In Vivo Knee Loads" (Fregly et al., 2012), which is publicly available on the SimTK platform (https://simtk.org/projects/kneeloads).
