Abstract
This dataset contains electrochemical data obtained from ECL chronoamperometry experiments using the [Ru(bpy)₃]²⁺/TPrA system in homogeneous and heterogeneous phases at varying concentrations. The dataset aims to prove the functionality of the custom platform for quantification purposes.

Content of the folders
• folder "Calibration_multiplex_SAP_(C)" contains ECL CA measurements of magnetic bead–antibody–[Ru(bpy)₃]²⁺ conjugates at varying concentrations, spotting five different concentrations per rectangular-shaped screen-printed electrode, denominated as experiment type C.
• folder"Calibration_single_SAP_(B)" contains ECL CA measurements of magnetic bead–antibody–[Ru(bpy)₃]²⁺ conjugates at varying concentrations, spotting a single concentration in circular-shaped screen-printed electrodes, denominated as experiment type B.
• folder "Synchronisation_solution_250mM_(A)" contains ECL CA measurements using homogeneous solution-phase [Ru(bpy)₃]²⁺ (250 uM) in circular-shaped screen-printed electrodes, denominated as experiment type A.
