Abstract
This folder stores data related to the Task 2.4_Electrochemical and ECL performance of ink-jet printed electrodes within WorkPackage2_ Production_Characterization_Materials for Improved ECL-based Biosensing,  in the NanoimmunoEra Horizon 2020 project. 
Analytical performance evaluation entailed exposing the Cu₃(HHTP)₂-based ECL immunosensor to serial cTnI standards (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 pg/mL) in 40 μL PBS (10 mM, pH 7.0, 100 μM [Ru(bpy)₃]²⁺) for 15 min incubation at room temperature, followed by linear sweep voltammetry measurement.

Specific antigen-antibody interactions at the c-MOF interface progressively enhanced ECL signals across n=3 replicates, yielding linear response with LOD 10.23 ± 1.06 pg/mL and LOQ 30.98 pg/mL—well below clinical AMI threshold (400 pg/mL). The conductive/porous framework maintained efficient charge transport despite immunocomplex formation, enabling pg/mL quantification.​

ECL measurements utilized a Stat ECL potentiostat (Metrohm, Switzerland) in 40 μL droplets of PBS (10 mM, pH 7.0) containing 100 μM [Ru(bpy)₃]²⁺, applying linear sweep voltammetry from 0 to 1.3 V vs. Ag/AgCl at a scan rate of 0.05 V/s (50 mV/s).


Content of the files:
• file "ECL_intensity_vs_cTnI_concentration.csv" presents peak ECL intensities (a.u.) with standard deviations (n=3) across eight cTnI concentrations (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 pg/mL).


File specifics
After their collection, data have been exported as .txt files and elaborated through OriginPro 2015 software. The elaborated results have been copied into an Excel file and converted into a .csv file. In particular, to create the .csv files, “Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365” version 2302 Build 16.0.16130.20332 (portable) was used, with the following specifics:
• character set UTF-8,
• field delimiter « ; » (semicolon),
• decimal separator « , » (comma)
• text delimiter « " » (quotes)
