Abstract

In this paper a novel microwave tunable filtering structure based on a transversal configuration is proposed. A specific MMIC prototype is designed, fabricated and measured at 9–12 GHz range. The main constraints of the monolithic technology in tunable transversal filter design and construction are also discussed.
