Abstract

This dataset contains 8 semi-directive interviews realised with relevant stakeholders for the new Lyon-Turin railroad in Lyon, Chambéry, and the Maurienne Valley, between February and June 2024, during my secondment period hosted by Origens Media Lab. Focused on the French part of the project, the interviews, while mainly realised with Mauriennes’ Valleys stakeholder, such as mayors and activists, also include representatives of national politics and grassroots movements, and show the interweaving of local and global concerns elicited by the project. The interviews, in French, are available in two formats, audio (.mp3) and transcription (.docx).
