Abstract
Two sets of pyrazole-based derivatives (1a-k and 2-5 a-c) have been designed and synthesized by linking the privileged pyrazole scaffold with different amide side chains, in order to obtain inhibitors of GSK-3β enzyme. The compounds showed also chelating properties towards toxic metals. The dataset contains the free induction decay (fid) of 1H and 13C NMR spectra registered on a Bruker spectrometer working at 600 MHz and at 150 MHz of the new compounds and the corresponding jdx format files.
