Abstract

The Handbook represents the original basis from which Unit I 'Digital Greek and Latin Epigraphy' derived from the ENCODE open online course 'Digital tools for the research and study of ancient writing cultures,' available on the #dariahTeach platform and developed in the framework of the ENCODE project. It aims at fostering digital competences in the study, publication and valorisation of inscribed objects through descriptive and ready-made examples and presentations, links to projects, bibliography and exercises.
