Abstract

The present dataset continues a previously deposited dataset (https://doi.org/10.6092/unibo/amsacta/8318) as part of the ECLipse project, focusing on the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) behavior of magnetic microbeads functionalized with a stimuli-responsive derivative of [Ru(bpy)3]2+. The Phages used as a detection bio-molecule, can carry a really high amount of luminophores, hence it can be obtained an higher signal compared with the antibodies, which is the most used detection bio-molecule.
