Abstract

Recently in Europe there have been new initiatives about Open Access:it is getting clear that the Open Access publishing model is an important opportunity for Authors to get more impact for their research papers. The role of Libraries and Information Professionals is very important and should improve the awareness about the new e-publishing context. The presentation highlights European Projects and the Bologna University ALMA DL open archives.
