Abstract

The ACCESS Project National Report Template is designed to outline the methodology used to gather data on asylum barriers, relevant case law, and the socio-legal factors influencing asylum adjudication across the project's analyzed jurisdictions. This template has been systematically applied to each country to ensure consistency and facilitate a comprehensive comparative analysis of the final data.
