Abstract

The dataset contains the rheological and pKa characterization of 8 formulations (G1 – G8) reported in the dataset as Excel files. The first two formulations are prepared by mixing an anionic surfactant, sodium cocoyl glycinate for G1 and sodium cocoyl alaninate for G2, in water with lactic acid. All the other formula (G3 – G8) are obtained with sodium cocoyl glycinate and the addition of several ingredients to create a supramolecular shampoo. For each formula, the rheological characterization comprises amplitude sweep, frequency sweep and viscosity curves. Only for formulations G1 and G2 also a temperature sweep test was performed, while the stability of the final formula G8 was characterized also after 3 months.
