Abstract
This dataset provides the raw and derived data underlying the full method development and validation of the HPLC-MS/MS multi-cannabinoid method described in the associated manuscript: MRM parameters, extraction-solvent screening, final-method extraction yield and matrix effect, calibration curves, precision and accuracy, hematocrit independence, stability, dilution integrity, selectivity and carryover, and the application to authentic whole blood specimens with cross-matrix comparison against an SPE plasma-based reference method. Derived parameters (EY%, ME%, IS-ME%, %RSD, accuracy, bias, % deviation) are included per row to allow independent verification of the reported validation outcomes.
