Abstract

The dataset contains data regarding the measured soil Carbon (C) and soil Nitrogen (N) content, stable C and N isotopes, aggregate fraction weight, CN ratio, microbial biomass carbon content (MBC), bacterial and fungal abundance. Data are reported for the two soils considered in the study (loamy -L- and sandy -S-) and for the three sampling times for the microbial parameters (T0, T1, and T2).
