Abstract

This dataset contains data and results of a virtual cohort of proximal femurs generated with a PCA-based statistical anatomy atlas informed with 94 patients of the Sheffield cohort. Principal components were sampled under gaussian assumption, creating 1057 synthetic patients. For each of the synthetic patients the Absolute Risk of Fracture at time 0 (ARF0) was estimated.
