Abstract

The dataset contains data that were generated through interviews/focus groups tape recorded and transcribed. In particular, it consists of an overview of the Qualitative Gender Audit grounded on aggregated quantitative data on participants (targets, institutional role and position, sex, gender, age range). As regarding the date scale, the number of the analyzed interviews is 24; the number of focus groups is 6. The total amount of interviewees reached through the above mentioned methodologies is 73 persons. The PLOTINA Gender Audit was the first audit regarding gender equality conducted in UNIBO and allows understanding which kind of commitment the University of Bologna has shown towards gender equality. The qualitative Gender Audit dataset contains primary data, only using original sources.
