Abstract
[Law and literature from a feminist perspective. In memory of Toni Morrison] On August 5, 2019, Toni Morrison died. Nobel Prize for Literature in 1993, recognized for having given life to “an essential aspect of American reality”, Morrison was part of the so-called “Black Women Renaissance” along with Alice Walker, Gloria Naylor, Audre Lorde, and other fem writers who combined feminist theory and practice and literature. The meeting between Feminist Legal Theory and Law and literature in the United States since the 1970s has characterized these two movements, opening them up to new perspectives.
