WP8 of the CATCH-EyoU project proposes an ethnographic case study that involves youth organizations. It explores how young people engage in different types of organizations (civic or creative) and how they deal with social and political issues. The dataset contains the anonymized transcriptions of the interviews collected for the Italian ethnographic case study. This data was used as underlying data of the following chapter: Guarino A., Cicognani E., Zani B. (2020) Motivations for Joining and Engaging in Youth Organisations in the Italian Context. In: Banaji S., Mejias S. (eds) Youth Active Citizenship in Europe. Palgrave Macmillan, Cham. This qualitative data has been collected from three youth organizations in Italy, involved in WP8 EU Ethnographic case study. This data is made available for open access in compliance with H2020 Program regulation, following the guidelines stipulated by the Data Management Plan adopted by the CATCH-EyoU research project.
