Abstract

The phantomless calibration dataset comprises data from 41 postmenopausal subjects, including 34 subjects selected from the previously published HFValid cohort (https://doi.org/10.6092/unibo/amsacta/7277). This dataset includes detailed CT scan information and calibration coefficients for both phantom-based and phantomless calibration methods. Additionally, the dataset provides a custom Matlab script (compatible with release R2022b, The Mathworks Inc) designed to calculate the slope and intercept required for CT calibration. This script utilizes air, adipose, and muscle tissues in the phantomless calibration process.
