Abstract

This dataset, developed in the framework of the H2020 HOLAHERIS project, contains results data related to a damaging block-based model extended to dynamic simulations of unreinforced brick masonry walls. Dynamic simulations are performed using a generalized HHT-α direct integration implicit solver and by implementing Rayleigh damping in the bulk. Incremental dynamic experiments performed on full-scale walls are simulated and good agreement is observed between numerical and experimental results. Maximum accelerations, displacements and cumulative energy dissipation at each loading run, as well as acceleration time-histories, obtained numerically are collected herein to provide data for future comparisons.
