Abstract

This dataset contains data from 3 different experiments aimed at shading light on Ca accumulation in kiwifruit. Experiment 1 reports data on the effect of application of Ca, K and N; experiment 2 show data on the use of reflective films and experiment 3 focus on fruit transpiration rate on Ca partitioning into the fruit. For each experiment, data on Ca content; fruit quality; quality parameter at harvest and after 3/5 month of cold storage; stem, leaf and fruit water potentials; gas exchange are reported.
