Abstract

The present database describes the serum metabolome of dairy cows that are healthy or affected by subclinical intramammary infection. The metabolome has been analyzed by 1H-NMR at 600 MHz. The signals have been assigned by Chenomx software and quantified by relying on an internal standard. Potential differences in water content across samples have been considered by probabilistic quotient normalization.
