Abstract

Considering current concerns regarding climate change and the potential for the Temperature- Humidity Index (THI) to reach extreme levels that may affect male bovine reproduction, the present study aimed to evaluate the effect of collection season on oxidative balance and semen quality in cryopreserved semen from Belgian Blue bulls in Northern Italy under low and high THI conditions.
