Abstract
This dataset was produced as part of the SENSOPAD project and contains synchronized optical and electrical measurements obtained via a Reflective Impedance Microscopy (RIM) and Electrochemiluminescence Microscopy (ECLM) imaging platform. It includes Large Amplitude Sinusoidal Voltammetry (LASV) electrochemical data and corresponding high-framerate optical TIFF sequences used to spatially resolve the impedance of the electrode-solution interface.
The dataset contains measurements of bead-environment diffusion dynamics using the Fe(CN)63-\4- redox couple, and mapping of TPrA oxidation kinetics on graphene-modified gold electrodes.
Additionally, it provides the 2D axisymmetric finite element simulation files (COMSOL) used to evaluate coupled mass transport and electrode reactions around a single microbead. Together, these data support the reproducibility of the RIM analysis and provide orthogonal insights into the mechanisms involved in ECL signal generation.
