Abstract
Cold plasma represents a possible alternative to conventional methods for packaging decontamination. However, this novel technology still needs investigations to be ready for an industrial implementation. This dataset contains raw data related to an optimisation study on a plasma decontamination system. In particular, acquisitions of temperature of packaging samples during treatment, logarithmic reductions of the bacterial load on contaminated samples after treatment and reactive species concentrations produced by plasma are collected in the present set.
